Kim brings over 20 years experience in health and wellbeing consulting, communication, outsourcing, and partner network development. She is a growth-oriented business leader with a proven track record for developing solutions and partnerships. As our VP of Partner Ecosystem, Kim is focused on developing bswift’s partnership strategy and establishing a network of strategic partners that align with our broader growth strategy to support employees across all aspects of health, wealth and wellbeing. Through our partnerships, we will offer our clients as a holistic and integrated offering to bswift’s foundational benefits administration services focused on education and optimizing these important programs within the broader employee benefits experience. Kim earned her B.S. in Human Resource Management from The Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
