Jessica has been an HR and Benefits leader at J.Crew for more than 15 years. For the past 3 years, she has led and enhanced benefits as J.Crew’s Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Technology. Prior to her current role, Jessica led the Compensation & HRIS department at J.Crew for more than 13 years. Before joining J.Crew, Jessica led compensation departments at Symbol Technologies and National Medical Health Card. Jessica has her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
