Rachel Vanek is the Manager, People Rewards and Wellness at British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a Canadian Crown corporation offering a range of gambling products including lottery tickets, casinos and legal online gambling, and one of British Columbia's Top 50 Employers for 17 years in a row.  In her role at BCLC, Rachel supports the organization in leading the development and implementation of total rewards programs, and has most recently completed a project with Korn Ferry to define BCLC's Employee Value Proposition.  Rachel has over 15 years as a HR and compensation practitioner, that includes working for TransLink and Transit Police.  In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her cat and dog.
