Rob Casburn is the VP of Executive Compensation for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Rob’s role focuses on planning, design, communication, and implementation of total rewards strategies and programs for executives. Prior to joining HPE, Rob spent 14 years with the Compensation and Benefits group of Alvarez & Marsal advising clients on a variety of executive compensation issues with a strong concentration in transaction-related events such as IPOs, corporate restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. Rob is a CPA and is based in Dallas, Texas.
