Bob has been quantifying the effectiveness, impact, and value of workforce initiatives and investments for over 25 years. Bob has served as a consultant and practitioner where he has led the development of HR strategy, planning and analytic capabilities. As one of Grant Thornton’s human capital practice leaders, Bob advises boards and senior leadership on the strategic, governance, and technical aspects of executive and employee compensation.
His client experience includes competitive pay analysis, pay equity analysis, calibration of incentives, strategic HR planning and specialized program evaluations.
Bob earned his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University. Bob is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
