Brian is a Director within Delta Air Line’s Global Talent Management Team who has responsibility for enterprise wide Talent Planning, Talent Solutions, and Performance Management, while also part of the team driving forward the Skills-First Strategy Prior to his current role, Brian led the Organizational Effectiveness function at Delta for 3 years. Before joining Delta, Brian led Talent Management for a division within Thomson Reuters where he was focused on succession planning, board support, talent planning, executive development and learning. Brian’s career has taken him from technology and process consulting to finance to HR, including his education which includes an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University.
