Dr. Scott M. Reithel, Aon's People Analytics Director, applies expertise in statistics and Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology to lead client projects, specializing in pay equity studies and skills solutions. Scott holds a doctoral degree in I-O psychology from Wayne State University. He was Vice President of Solution Delivery at APTMetrics, prior to working at Aon. His published work includes contributions to the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management and Chief Learning Officer. An active member of SIOP and the American Psychological Association, Scott also served as president of the Gateway I-O Psychologists (GIOP) in St. Louis, MO.
