Aman is a Director in WTW’s New York Work and Rewards Segment and is part of the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice. He joined the firm in 2014. Aman leads WTW’s North America Life Sciences Industry team and has experience working with management teams and Compensation Committees across a broad range of industries including Life Sciences, Health Care, Media and Entertainment, and Financial Services. In his time with WTW, he has worked on a variety of projects, including executive and non-employee board of director pay competitive assessments, short- and long-term incentive program design, broad-based compensation design, equity ownership assessments, and other valuation modelling, including costing of incentive plans.
