Steve is a Client Partner in the Total Rewards practice of Korn Ferry, where he leads U.S. benefits.  Steve consults to numerous private and public sector clients of varying sizes across the country.  He develops optimal and cost-efficient benefits programs aligned with organizational, talent and total rewards strategies, which enable employers to attract, retain, and engage their workforce. Steve holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Statistics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
