Hywel Jones is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at TD SYNNEX, responsible for developing and implementing strategic, performance-led and equitable total rewards programs for a truly global workforce. Before moving into the world of Total Rewards, Hywel’s career was in HR Business Partnering both at TD SYNNEX and prior to this, Siemens IT Solutions and Services (now Atos). Hywel earned a bachelor’s degree in law and politics from the University of Wales, Cardiff. In his personal time, Hywel enjoys ultra walking challenges, playing golf and is an avid Welsh rugby supporter!
