Michael Horne joined Dow in May 2021 as the Total Rewards Director. In this role, he is responsible for designing and administering global compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices to support Team Dow. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the areas of benefits, executive and broad-based compensation strategy, design, and analysis – with a specific concentration in executive compensation. Michael was most recently the VP, Global Rewards at Mars, Incorporated, leading multiple areas of rewards, including compensation, mobility, and oversight of global benefit plans. He also led the development and presentation of Total Rewards recommendations to the Remuneration Committee and Board.
