With 30 years of experience, Laurie has specialized in the design and implementation of career architecture programs across a range of industries. Laurie is the Global Service Line Leader for Knowledge Architecture at WTW; working to define and harness the power of knowledge and skills to enable a compelling career ecosystem for managers and employees. She regularly contributes to WTW’s ongoing research in the area of Work, Rewards and Careers. Laurie received her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University. She is has served on the WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Board and has been a contributor to their publications.
