My expertise lies in developing impactful, market-aligned rewards solutions that support employees throughout their career lifecycle while promoting a culture of equity and respect. Previously, I have held senior roles in talent management and served as a trusted strategic business partner. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my husband, two teenagers, and our cavapoo.
