I am currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at ZS Associates, where I lead the development and execution of comprehensive total rewards strategies. My role is to ensure our employees are recognized, rewarded, and supported in their professional journeys, and I am passionate about making impact and treating people right. I lead a global team across the areas of compensation, benefits, payroll, and global operations. I have more than 20 years of experience across management consulting and human resources, including roles in talent management and as a strategic business partner. Outside of work I love to travel and spend time with my family (husband, two teenagers, and cavapoo dog).
