Joan has over 30 years multi-industry compensation experience. She is currently Compensation Partner, Global Compensation Programs, at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading a team of compensation experts supporting all international BMS sites, and also leads strategic global compensation projects. Joan received her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Baruch College.
