Zach has over 22 years of consulting experience and serves as co-practice lead for WTW’s North America Executive Compensation and Board Advisory Practice. He most often leads compensation committee assignments at large public companies and advises on all executive pay and governance issues that Boards and management teams deal with today. He also sits on WTW's extended global executive comp leadership team.
From an external perspective, Zach has spoken at national World at Work conferences, taught at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, led NASPP sessions, and has been quoted in numerous publications on executive pay issues and trends.
