Laura is the Senior Director of Total Rewards building on and evolving our current total rewards philosophy and programs. She joined the company in 2021 and her responsibilities include global compensation, executive compensation, benefits design & administration, and global mobility.

Prior to Riot Games, Laura was a senior consultant at Mercer primarily responsible for strategy development, financial analysis and projections and project management.  Laura has experience in working with jumbo and mid-sized companies and managing large scale benefit program implementations, including mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Mercer, Laura worked across all areas of Human Resources within multiple large, multi-national organizations for more than 15 years. 

Laura graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
