Brooke Trochinski is the Manager, Compensation for Kwik Trip, a family owned, vertically integrated convenience store chain in the Midwest.  While a vast majority of coworkers are at the store level, Kwik Trip also has their own state of the art Food Production facilities, Distribution and Transportation divisions, Store Construction, Fuel Procurement, etc. in addition to the traditional office type of positions.  Brooke is an experienced compensation professional who administers the compensation program for Kwik Trip’s 700+ unique positions, stays abreast of market trends, performs cost analysis, facilitates discussions with the leadership team regarding compensation topics, and provides recommendations on merit and market adjustments.
