Kelly Oliphant is the Vice President of Organizational Development & Learning and Clinical Education for Memorial Hermann Health System. In her role, Kelly supports the organization in creating innovative and agile approaches to talent management, performance, engagement, diversity, learning, organizational change, and culture. 

Prior to joining Memorial Hermann in 2019, Kelly held talent executive roles across multiple industries for both large domestic and global organizations. In these roles, she led the design and implementation of strategies and programs that supported the entire talent lifecycle. Her expertise and passion for talent and organizational development have led to her serving on professional and educational councils, advisory boards, and as a mentor for young professionals through Aggie Women. She is also a mentor with the Memorial Hermann Women Leaders group and is a member of the Houston Medical Center DEI Collaborative and the Rice University Workforce Advisory Board. 

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), an AGILE HR Practitioner (JLS), and holds many talent and leadership certifications, including Design Thinking from Stanford University as well as a Workforce Planning Certification and Senior HRBP Certification from the Human Capital Institute, and she is a volunteer with the Houston Food Bank.
