Lora Lawler is Hilton’s Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Technology. She is responsible for the design and execution of compensation and benefits globally, including executive, corporate and hotel pay and rewards, as well as Hilton’s employee travel program. In her role overseeing HR Technology, she is guiding the intersection of employee engagement and innovation through technology to influence overall employee experience.
Lora is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace culture and the impact that rewards and technology can both have on employee engagement, in turn driving company performance and business results. She joined Hilton in 2018 as part of the HR Consulting function, eventually leading the team globally and serving as the senior HR Business Partner for many members of the Executive leadership team. Lora played a key role supporting Hilton’s response to the COVID-19 crisis, which had a significant impact on the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Hilton, Lora held various HR leadership roles at the Advisory Board Company and at Deloitte.
Lora holds a B.S. in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University and an M.A in Organizational Sciences and Human Resources Management from the George Washington University. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, two daughters and her dog.
