Devon Halley is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, and has spent the past 20 years reimaging how people and technology interact. From thick client apps to web apps to mobile to emerging horizons like augmented and virtual reality, Devon focuses on creating positive change using technology; he is particularly interested in the ethical and design considerations we face as technology evolves. Devon has served clients that span federal agencies, state governments, and Fortune 100 companies across a range of industries. Beyond his role at Deloitte, Devon’s interests and experience in these fields have allowed him to publish work with Harvard’s Kennedy School and serve as adjunct faculty at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.
