Grant Peterson is an Associate Partner in Los Angeles with Aon’s Equity Services team, the technical consulting team focusing on equity compensation for Aon that assists over 600 companies, covering plan design considerations, to valuation and accounting under ASC Topic 718, to corporate governance analytics.  

Prior to joining Aon, Grant spent nearly 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Workforce Transformation practice where he advised clients on various aspects of equity compensation including: accounting and valuation under ASC Topic 718, equity due diligence, corporate deferred tax accounting, business combination accounting, plan design, and administration. 

He graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics and from University of Arizona with a Master’s degree in Mathematics.
