Beth Martindale is the Director, Executive and U.S. Compensation at Principal overseeing compensation philosophy, design and programming for their executives and U.S. employees. Beth has been with Principal for 24 years and has held various account management positions in Principal’s health division as well as leadership positions in HR benefits and compensation. Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
