Sara Hillenmeyer is the Director of Data Science at Payscale, a SaaS technology firm focusing on compensation management solutions. Sara leads the teams that develop the statistical and machine learning models behind Payscale’s market data offerings, as well as monitor the quality and quantity of our proprietary datasets. Sara holds an BS from Brown University and a PhD from Stanford University. Her work about data and machine learning methods is published in top scientific journals and has more than 1500 citations. Three of her algorithms have been patented.
