Mark’s a creative process thinker, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has advanced experience in statistical analysis and modeling used to influence business decisions. He’s created and deployed an Incentive Plan Effectiveness visual analytics platform and led compensation due diligence and integration for global acquisitions. His role accountabilities have included organization-wide and complex compensation projects for a Fortune 15 Company, and he has consulted with more than 50 companies on their reward programs.
