Allyson, a leader in Mercer’s Employee Research practice, has spent her career leading large-scale employee research and Human Capital consulting projects. She works across the Human Capital space including Employee Experience, Rewards, and Future of Work and has deep expertise applying complex research methodologies to help clients gather actionable insights and drive better decision making.
Prior to Mercer, Allyson joined Deloitte through the acquisition of a company she helped found and led the integration and build out of the Workforce Insights practice there.
Allyson co-authored “Rewards Optimization” highlighting the importance of balancing workforce preferences against organizational investments among other publications.
