An experienced HR professional, Karen has held a variety of leadership roles across Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards. She currently serves as the SVP of Total Rewards and HR Operations at GXO Logistics where she is responsible for setting the Total Rewards and Wellbeing strategy and overseeing GXO’s People Analytics and HR Technology functions.

Prior to taking on this role, Karen served as the VP of Total Rewards at Diebold Nixdorf and the VP of Compensation and Recognition at Cox Automotive.

Karen holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management and Organizational Development from Fordham University.
