Elaine Davis is a seasoned executive with deep experience in HR and corporate transactions and transformations in large and small companies across a range of industries, including IT/business process services, life sciences/medical devices, and financial services.

Elaine brings focused expertise and an activist management approach to program design and delivery, with a focus on supporting female and minority leaders and emerging leadership talent. She also has extensive experience in governance, leadership coaching, and branding and messaging.

Elaine has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in information science/studies, both from the University of California-Berkeley.
