Director of KPMG Canada’s Pay Equity practice, Wendy Glaser has over 15 years of experience working with both unionized and non-unionized workforces in achieving and maintaining pay equity. Her subject matter expertise includes Canadian provincial and federal pay equity compliance. Wendy has delivered training on pay equity legislation, guided clients through complex audits, and developed pay equity compliant programs. Wendy holds a B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University as well as an M.Sc. in Administration from Concordia University. Wendy is a certified and active member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
