Lauren is responsible for shaping and delivering employees’ experience at DSI in a way that enables them to bring their best to work. She leads Daiichi Sankyo’s listening strategy to ensure 16,000+ employees across 26 countries have a voice in co-creating the company culture.
Based on these insights, she leads critical efforts to prioritize focus on employee work-life balance and ways of working (WeTHRIVE), ensure Daiichi Sankyo’s global culture transformation efforts are systemically embedded into the organization and build engagement in a more hybrid work environment. Prior to joining DSI, Lauren led employee listening and experience at BAYADA Home Health Care.
