Billy Vitense joined Starbucks Coffee Company in 1996 and is based out of Seattle, WA. Billy has worked in the equity incentive industry for more than 20 years and most recently as the director of stock, providing equity incentives to more than 225,000 partners in 21 countries. Billy holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and in his free time enjoys spending time with his wife and two boy preparing frozen foods.
