Transforming culture is no easy feat; yet the City of Memphis Total Rewards team did just that in one year. Data from a Culture Fitness Diagnostic (CFD) survey, administered in 2021 and 2022, shows significant improvements over 12 months (e.g., a 14% increase in the culture of health). Overall workforce motivation increased, as did job enjoyment and the ability to serve customers.
