Tauseef is a Partner and growth leader for Mercer’s Career practice in Northern California and Hawaii. Currently based in San Francisco, he has also been based in Mercer's Los Angeles, Dubai, Melbourne, and Houston offices.

  • Determining the impact of distributed workforces on pay and talent strategy;
  • Helping clients establish sustainable flexible working strategy to enable productivity at scale;
  • Leading global annual pay equity analyses across a range of sizes and industries, including the development of “starting pay calculators” for new hires, deconstructing the drivers of pay inequities to drive programmatic change, and communicating in public disclosures;
  • Leading workforce analytics projects for clients to determine the impact of rewards and career movements, e.g., promotions and transfers, in predicting turnover to strengthen total rewards strategies;
  • Leading employee research using conjoint analysis and digital focus groups at companies, resulting in changes that drive employee rewards resonance;
  • Supporting transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs) with a workforce lens.
