Kevin Garrett is a total rewards executive who currently serves as the Senior Director Total Rewards at Rent. From humble beginnings by answering an ad in a paper for someone who knew how to use spreadsheets to being referred to as "the only compensation guy who has a personality," Kevin's worked across numerous industries and spans of control. He has consistently and successfully looked for and implemented rewards solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, and impactful. Kevin holds a Masters from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors from the University of Connecticut. He earned his CCP many years ago and proudly keeps his designation current.
