With over a decade of expertise in compensation and benefits and two decades in Human Resources, Jocelyne has been committed to building equity in the employee experience by leaning into empathy, transparency, innovation, and her customer's voice. She's spent her Rewards career building and rebuilding Rewards programs for global populations, from start-ups to large enterprises including Teradata, Sony Electronics, and Midland Credit Management. In her current role, she leads Zapier's Total Rewards team and is responsible for designing Compensation, Benefits, Equity, Perks, Wellbeing, and Workforce Equity programs for a fully distributed global workforce.
