Dr. Anderson is an Associate Professor of Analytics at Villanova School of Business. Dr. Anderson's research focuses on using data to make better operational decisions. He has a main research focus on compensation, specifically studying pay equity and wage transparency laws. His work has been published in leading academic journals like Nature, Organization Science, Decision Science, and Production and Operations Management. He is one of Poet and Quants' 50 best undergraduate professors, and teaches undergraduate and master's students people analytics and data mining. He also is a cofounder of PayAnalytics, a workplace equity platform that is closing pay gaps around the world. Dr. Anderson has a B.S. in Math from the College of William and Mary, and earned his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Maryland.
