Jane Anderson is the Head of Business Development - Financial Services at beqom.  A former compensation practitioner herself, Jane advises current and prospective clients on the best ways to leverage technology to bring efficiency, transparency, fairness, and strategic insights to the compensation and performance management processes.

Prior to joining beqom, Jane spent 20 years in HR, primarily focused on compensation, people analytics, and HR technology management. 14 of those years were at Morgan Stanley, where Jane held several senior compensation positions and led the global implementation of beqom as Head of Compensation Operations.

Jane holds an MA in English/Creative Writing from Colgate University and an MS in HR Management from New York University.
