Upasna has more than 15 years of experience managing issues related to mobile workers. She is adept in global project management, change management, communication, and strategy and has worked in multiple locations around the world including India, Hong Kong and the U.S.

As a part of Deloitte’s Workforce Solutions team, Upasna engages with clients every day to solve their mobile worker compliance issues with the power of data analytics. She is a skilled project manager and also leads change management and training while implementing Business Travel Analytics and Remote Work technologies for leading clients in the US. She works closely with Deloitte’s technology and tax teams to provide continuous feedback helping improve Deloitte’s analytics capabilities based on her market insight. With strong interpersonal skills, she is adept in understanding tax compliance nuances along with driving program management, data driven analysis, change management and stakeholder communication.

Upasna has a Masters and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from YMCA. She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She is passionate about talent development and inclusion.
