Mariam Pallathucheril is an Associate Director in Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards practice in the Arlington office. Mariam has worked with a wide range of companies spanning a variety of industries. Prior to her work at WTW, Mariam was a compensation analyst at NBCUniversal, where she gained experience in broad-based compensation administration and design, along with pay equity and domestic regulatory compliance.

Mariam earned a B.A. in economics from Georgetown University, and an M.P.P in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University and the Hertie School of Governance.
