Most recently, Casper served as the Office Practice Leader for Mercer, where he spearheaded double-digit growth and successfully reestablished the firm’s market presence in the Oregon and Southwest Washington regions.

Prior to Mercer, Casper spent 16 years at Kaiser Permanente, where he most recently led sales growth for the National/Multi-State line of business. He previously oversaw regional sales for the Dental Care and Coverage Program, during which KP Northwest’s dental business achieved 70% growth while maintaining an industry-leading customer retention rate of 97% for over a decade.

Earlier in his career, Casper held leadership and consulting roles in the technology and retail sectors. As a lead consultant and account manager, he supported high-profile clients including Intel, Microsoft, HP, IBM, Sony, and Samsung. He also served as a marketing manager at Starbucks, where he successfully launched five new markets across four states in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Casper holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
