Glory Fung (she/her/hers) is a self-proclaimed compensation nerd, currently in a very cool job leading compensation, performance & recognition, people strategy, employee experience and people insights & analytics at Patagonia. Prior to her time at Patagonia, she led compensation at REI and previously held roles in sales and broad-based compensation at T-Mobile and as an executive compensation consultant at WTW. She is passionate about demystifying pay and rewards, advocating for frontline workers, and expanding the art and science of total reward design to include employee experience.
