Kate spent the past 30 years working for and consulting with leaders in for-profit companies including Nike, Intel, American Express, Mercari, Silver Oak Cellars, and Cascade Energy, as well as non-profits like The Oregon Child Development Coalition, Clark County Food Bank, Learning Policy Institute, and Northwest Housing Alternatives.
