Adam Stadler is a seasoned insurance professional with a wealth of experience in the industry. As Senior Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits, he brings innovative ideas, concepts, and solutions to actively manage healthcare for his clients. His expertise in employer and employee communication ensures that clients receive the necessary guidance and support to navigate the complex landscape of employee benefits. His experience stems from various aspects of the industry including marketing, communications, product development, client management, consulting, and sales for large third-party administrators and carriers.

Before joining MMA, Adam worked with one of the nation's largest hospital systems, engaging employers and benefits consultants across the country in discussions about ACO structures and creative utilization of high-performance narrow network opportunities. His focus was on promoting high-quality healthcare and reducing out-of-pocket expenses for employers' benefit plans.

In addition to his role as Senior Vice President, Adam also serves as Growth Leader for Central Texas, represents the Austin Office on MMA South West’s Innovation Council, and Represents MMA South West on MMA’s National Innovation Council.
