Sheena A. Davis, M.A., is Director of Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Internal Communications at Apache Industrial. With over six years at Apache and more than 15 years of HR experience, she leads strategic initiatives that enhance compensation, benefits, and workplace culture. Sheena has guided Apache through several transformative milestones, most recently implementing a Direct Primary Care model that improves employee access to care and reduces plan costs. She was named HR Leader of the Year by the Houston Business Journal in 2024, recognized for reshaping Apache’s Total Rewards strategy in ways that deeply impacted both the organization and its people. She holds a Master’s in Applied Social Research and a Bachelor’s in Criminology and Investigations. Sheena is also a proud mom of four young boys.
