Simon has more than 25 years of international experience in the financial services sector. He joined Computershare’s North American plans business in 2016 and is responsible for helping companies develop, implement, and enhance their employee and executive corporate stock plans. With extensive experience in equity plans, business development, relationship management, communications and solution architecture, Simon works closely with domestic and global plan sponsors who are seeking a more innovative approach that better aligns their employee’s goals with their corporate objectives.

Simon previously worked with Computershare in the U.K. where he worked on many complex M&A transactions for some of the U.K.’s largest issuers, and in Canada where he oversaw a team responsible for over 1,400 corporate client relationships. As Vice President for Georgeson Inc., he advised corporations on shareholder communication strategies, defended senior management and boards during hostile transactions, and successfully solicited shareholder support for multibillion-dollar international mergers. Prior to that Simon held increasingly senior roles in the hedge fund administration businesses of HBSC and Citibank in Ireland and Bermuda where he worked directly with portfolio fund managers and their institutional investors.
