Karin Adams is currently VP, Talent and Total Rewards at TMX Group, and has global accountability for the strategic direction and operations of integrated centers of excellence including total rewards, HR technology and operations, learning and talent management and equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I).

Over her career, Karin has been involved in all aspects of human resources, including HR strategy development, M&A and program harmonization, incentive design, talent and succession planning, policy development and governance, and organizational change management activities. She is a regular speaker across many facets of HR and was recently appointed as a Board Member and VP Events for the GTA Rewards Association.

Prior to joining TMX, Karin spent 3 years at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, leading the Total Rewards and Organizational Development functions across the organization. Karin also spent 10 years in Total Rewards consulting at Willis Towers Watson, advising executive teams and Boards of Directors on all aspects of executive and broad based reward programs. 

Karin graduated from Western University in London, Ontario with an undergraduate and Masters degree in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
