Kian Boloori is a seasoned Total Rewards professional serving as a Senior Manager of Compensation at Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease. Throughout his career he’s utilized his Excel expertise to build complex jobs and compensation infrastructures from the ground up and to develop dynamic tools and reports that are tailored for diverse audiences ranging from employees to Boards of Directors.

Kian is a certified Microsoft Excel 2019/365 Expert and has conducted hands-on Excel workshops for local Total Rewards organizations and notably at the WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference 2024. His workshops are designed to empower Total Rewards professional with advanced Excel skills to get more done in less time.

Kian earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in History degree from UCLA.
