Pooja Gupta is the Head of Employee Benefit Consulting at EDME Insurance Broking, where she partners with organizations to design creative, practical, and sustainable benefits solutions that support both people and business goals.

With over 16 years of experience across the US, APAC, and India, Pooja brings a deep understanding of employee benefits, total rewards communication, and people risk management. She has worked with global and regional employers in consulting roles at Xerox, Mercer, and Marsh, helping them navigate complex benefit strategies, plan designs, and execution challenges. Her expertise covers flexible benefits, group and retail insurance, wellness, and digital enablement – all aimed at improving cost efficiency, enhancing employee well-being, and reducing risks.

Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and Washington University in St. Louis.
