Senem is also a passionate believer in the role of technology in shaping the future of HR. As CoFounder of Compport, a global Compensation Management Technology platform serving over one million users across 35 countries, she combines her HR leadership background with entrepreneurial vision. She takes pride in being a female founder in HR Tech and is deeply committed to empowering women in technology and leadership. Beyond building a successful global business, she strives to inspire the next generation of female leaders, making female empowerment not just a professional cause, but a lifelong mission.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Middle East Technical University in Turkey. She has further enriched her expertise through advanced leadership programs at INSEAD and IESE, holds a Co-Active Coaching Certification from CTI, and is certified in Change Management by the IMA Institute in the USA.
