Anupal brings 25 years of hands-on experience implementing HR transformation journeys across technology, engineering and media organisations. He most recently served as Chief People Officer at FSS, a digital payments company.

Prior to FSS, Anupal was CHRO and Company Ethics Counsellor at Tata Technologies, where he also oversaw the Global IT and Facilities functions. He worked closely with the CEO and Board, particularly the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Anupal has served on the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Ranchi, and was a member of the Global Executive Council of Workplace from Meta.

He has previously held HR leadership roles at organisations including Viacom18, Capgemini, Infosys and WNS, across India and the US.

Anupal is a Mechanical Engineer and completed his Advanced HR programme from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
