Deepak is an AI leader with over 15 years of experience architecting enterprise-grade AI products and building Centres of Excellence across HR, operations and customer domains. He has led global AI initiatives that connect deep technology with real-world business impact, helping organisations operationalise data, intelligence and performance at scale.

With a strong foundation in product strategy and applied AI, Deepak combines technical depth with a business-first mindset. He has built and led AI innovation hubs, developed scalable AI products across NLP and Computer Vision, driven enterprise AI adoption, and led cross-functional teams spanning product management, data science and engineering.

He also founded Spotmentor, an AI-driven talent and skills intelligence platform that was subsequently acquired by EY.

At People Equation, Deepak leads the TenX Labs offering, bringing together product innovation, applied AI and engineering excellence to help organisations build intelligent, adaptive systems that scale human potential and business performance.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Deepak brings a combination of entrepreneurial agility and enterprise experience, with a track record of taking AI products into production and driving AI-led transformation.
